A few years ago my brother and I worked on a style blog together called The American Swede. When I decided to move to Los Angeles in October of 2017 I made the decision to step away from The American Swede. It was an exciting time for both of us to focus on the present moment and make things for ourselves. On the my favorite parts of working on The American Swede with Erik was the book club that we did each month. One month he would choose a book and the next it was my turn. Non-fiction, sci-fi, comedy, historical fiction, romance - no topic or genre was off limits. I’ve always had a desire to read books more regularly. This is a goal of mine every single year and more often than not, it lasts for a book or two and then I fall flat of my face.

selected and optimized activities that strongly support things you value, and then happily miss out on everything else.”
At the beginning of each month I will introduce a new book and profile a review of the last. September, being the first month, there will be no review.
