Welp, here we are. Monday morning. Again. I go through the same thought process at the beginning of every single week: Nope, that is not my alarm going on. Nope, it can't be. STOP! Just 5 more minutes. Okay, no, Tommy, you've got this. Positive thoughts. You can do this. This is going to be a good week. Get up. Workout. You've got this!
It's almost as if I am giving myself a personal pep talk every single morning. That is what I need to get up every day because let's face it, staying in bed sounds like the far superior option.
Every Sunday I have a to-do list of things that I need to get done for the week ahead. Laundry. Pick up the apartment. Dust. Vacuum. Clean the bathroom. Go to the grocery store. Make my lunches for the week (as some of you may already, I've recently gotten into the whole meal prep thing - the jury is still out on whether or not I like it. Although, it is nice not having to worry about making lunch everyday.).
Because I hate silence, I always have to have music on. Running errands? No problem, I grab my Urbanear headphones. Getting things done around the apartment? Turn on the Bose Bluetooth speakers!
